When I founded this order, I had in mind a complete democracy with an elected leader that had all the power of any other leader in another order. I came up with this idea before I actually founded the order and realized that you cannot transfer any responsibilities to other members in the order. No members can see what the founder sees. There is a button to make wars and a map of castles, there are buttons for house upgrades, for adding members, for changing ranks and defining the overview page.There is also the order board and in our case a full website dedicated to the order. Members and leaders from surrounding orders automatically contact the individual at the top of the order list and unlike other ranks, I cannot change my own (something else I didn'trealize before creating this democracy). Case in point, in order for the elected leader to work efficiently, I will have to be on at all hours of the day and night bringing him updates whenever he may be on. This will be difficult if he is on a different schedule than I am. I want all of you to realize that I am fully dedicated to making this order a DEMOCRACY. I am not a power hungry fiend trying to weazle my way into ultimate control. I like the way things have been working so far, I hope that you have found me an apt and reasonable Organizer that has been friendly and not overbearing. I definitely want the way we have been voting to continue. I also want us to be able to elect a leader that has more responsibility than average ranks. However, giving him full power may be asking too much because I will not be able to make it possible as
an individual.

I hope you understand my situation. I decided that the best choice of action was to vote on this.
There are two courses of action,

1)[HE] original
(we try to make the original plan work with the elected leader having full dictorial power for his two week term)

2)[HE] Modified, Hauntedsteel remains Coordinator and has the power to forge alliances, dictate orders if they are requested,
declare war and send out voting ballots. The elected leader will still have increased responsibility but not full power.


All votes are counted as 1 regardless of your level in this. I will not be voting. Please circulate your ballots so that all members can count the votes if they feel the need. If you are not going to vote, put down a third option and say no vote.
I want near full participation in this and will allow much time for voting. During the voting period I will continue things as they have been.

The elected Republican Commander will still have control over troop movements and wars. He will have the emergency power to declare war when we are unable to vote quickly enough on the matter.
