Ranking Changes

Right now if you look at the member pages we have a lot of officers... in fact too many, so we've been working on reforming the ranking system to form squads and balance out ranks. The new key for ranking will be as follows:

Republican Commander -Still elected.

Elites - Still appointed by Commander.

Officers - Donation and participation. If we have a tie they will duel.

Warriors - Main body of order. You become one after first week in the order.


Soldier - New recruits; will remain this rank for one week and then become a Warrior.

This should hopefully balance out the order and make the formation of squads easier. The squad system we've decided on is like this. 1 Elite, 2 Officers, 8 Warriors/Soldiers. The Elites choose their Officers and then the Officers will chose the 8 Warriors/Soldier. So the branch of command looks like this for those who need a picture.

Basically the Commander tells the Elites what to do and the Elites tell the Officers who tell the Warriors/Soldiers. Since each new Commander selects new Elites each term you won't be stuck with the same people in a squad or as a Officer or Warrior.
