I know we have a couple sections...

... here in the forum for diplomacy and alliances. I know we have a list on the order page in game where we list our alliances and friendships.
What about not only a list of allies, friends, and enemies, but code of conduct between orders of each group, depending on their status with us and vice versa?

Just in case that didn't make sense:
Allies:

X order

Ask permission before attacking member of above orders
----------
Friends:
X order

Ask permission before attacking?
----------
Enemies:
X order

Open season, attack at will.

The only reason I ask this now is that I just got attacked by a member of PoL, which I understand are friends of our order, and I think it's important for everyone (especially those new to our order) to have a clear, plain list of how things get conducted and with who.
